1.1 This agreement applies between Scandinavian Health Providers AB and the customer who purchases a subscription to the service "Min Rehab" and its associated services in the "Min Rehab" app provided by Scandinavian Health Providers AB.
1.2 In the Min Rehab app, the customer gains access to training programs in the categories: Rehab, Preventive Training, and Arthritis. The customer also gains access to the FAQ section where Min Rehab answers common questions about rehabilitation training and provides ergonomic tips.
1.3 Scandinavian Health Providers AB is not a healthcare provider and the Min Rehab app does not make any diagnoses. The customer may answer questions when starting a rehabilitation program and create a profile in the app. However, this is solely for the purpose of adjusting the level of exercises when the customer begins their training program. The app is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
1.4 The customer enters into an agreement with Scandinavian Health Providers AB upon purchase of a subscription in the Min Rehab app. Upon purchase of a subscription, the customer accepts the terms and conditions.
2.1 Entering into an agreement requires that the customer has an account on the App Store and that the customer logs into Min Rehab.
2.2 No diagnoses: Scandinavian Health Providers AB is not a healthcare provider and the Min Rehab app does not make any diagnoses. The app is intended as a complement to treatment and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2.3 Disclaimer of liability for injuries: Scandinavian Health Providers AB is not responsible for consequences or any damages that arise due to incorrect use of the app's content, its instructions, or training programs. The customer uses the app at their own responsibility and risk.
2.4 In the Min Rehab app, the customer is strongly encouraged to consult licensed healthcare professionals if the customer is not certain about their diagnosis or in cases of symptoms where further examination may be necessary before the customer begins a rehabilitation program. If the customer chooses to start a rehabilitation program without contacting licensed healthcare professionals, Scandinavian Health Providers AB is not responsible for consequences or any damages that the customer experiences after using the app.
2.5 By creating an account in the Min Rehab app, the customer also accepts that the provided information may be used by the app to optimize the customer's exercise program. Min Rehab also uses the available data to create statistics that should increase the possibility of tailoring exercise programs for customers. The customer's data will never be visible to other customers in the app.
2.6 The training programs in the Min Rehab app should be seen as a complement to treatment of musculoskeletal disorders in the locomotor system and arthritis and should not be equated with a visit to licensed healthcare professionals. The customer is responsible for contacting licensed healthcare professionals when needed for diagnosis.
2.7 The exercises in the app are selected and instructed by licensed healthcare professionals.
2.8 The design of the rehabilitation programs is done in collaboration with licensed healthcare professionals.
2.9 Use of the Min Rehab app requires a login with password. This can be done via email or via Facebook.
3.1 Title of auto-renewing subscription: Premium (Min Rehab Premium)
3.2 Subscription length: Min Rehab offers the following subscription options:
3.3 Subscription price: Subscription prices vary depending on the selected subscription type and region. The current price is clearly displayed in the app before purchase. The price per unit (week/month/year) is shown when selecting a subscription.
3.4 Free trial period: Before the customer pays, there is an opportunity to test the app during a shorter trial period. After said trial period, the customer must approve a subscription for continued access to the app's content.
3.5 Auto-renewal: The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Payment is automatically charged to the same payment method used at purchase.
3.6 Subscription cancellation: If the subscription is terminated, you have access to the app for the remaining time that you have paid for. After that, the app's content will be locked for you again. You can cancel your subscription at any time via App Store settings.
3.7 Right of withdrawal: The customer certifies that all information provided about themselves is correct. Scandinavian Health Providers AB provides a 14-day right of withdrawal on all purchases according to applicable law, but this assumes that use of the service has not begun and that no login has occurred.
4.1 Privacy Policy: Our privacy policy is described in Section 10 Personal Data below. For more detailed information about how we handle your personal data, see Section 10.
4.2 Terms of Use (EULA): These terms of service constitute the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the Min Rehab app. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
5.1 There is no age limit for downloading the Min Rehab app or having a subscription. However, Scandinavian Health Providers AB recommends that users under 16 years of age do not start a subscription without approval from a guardian. Scandinavian Health Providers AB also recommends that users under 16 years of age should have approval from a guardian to use a rehabilitation program in the Min Rehab app and contact licensed healthcare professionals before use.
5.2 Scandinavian Health Providers AB aims to keep Min Rehab constantly updated both technologically and from a medical perspective.
5.3 Scandinavian Health Providers AB cannot guarantee that the Min Rehab app will function flawlessly or that errors will be fixed within a particular timeframe. Scandinavian Health Providers AB is not responsible for access to content in Min Rehab, technical disruptions, or loss of data. It is Scandinavian Health Providers AB's goal that no technical problems should disturb the use of the app.
5.4 In case of bugs in the app or other technical problems, this should be reported immediately to Scandinavian Health Providers AB via the app "Info -> Send email". Scandinavian Health Providers AB strives for short waiting times on contact from customers.
6.1 The customer is responsible for ensuring that no other person uses the customer's account in the app.
6.2 The customer is responsible for ensuring that material, data, and information from the Min Rehab app are not distributed from the customer's account.
6.3 Links. The user agrees that Scandinavian Health Providers AB sends emails about features in the service, offers, and news (e.g., reminders, questions, new services, and discount offers) until he/she informs Scandinavian Health Providers AB in writing (via email) that he/she does not wish to receive more emails.
7.1 Copyright and ownership rights as well as other rights to Scandinavian Health Providers AB's trademark and the Min Rehab app belong to Scandinavian Health Providers AB.
7.2 Documents and texts published in Min Rehab's name via social media or website are provided by and belong to Scandinavian Health Providers AB.
7.3 Scandinavian Health Providers AB's service Min Rehab is intended for the user's private use. The user undertakes not to use the service for commercial use, in any illegal way, or in any other way that may harm Scandinavian Health Providers AB. The user may not use the service in a way that disables, overloads, or weakens any of Scandinavian Health Providers AB's web pages or other apps. He/she may also not use the service to disturb anyone else's use of the same. Material provided to the user from Scandinavian Health Providers AB may not be copied, printed, forwarded, pressed, displayed, downloaded, published, sold, or in any other way distributed or reproduced without written permission from Scandinavian Health Providers AB.
8.1 Scandinavian Health Providers AB has the right to terminate the agreement if it considers that the customer breaches the agreement. Upon termination, the customer's account is closed and information about the user is removed.
8.2 A customer who has been suspended has no right to re-register via a new account.
9.1 Scandinavian Health Providers AB reserves the right to change the content of the Min Rehab app as it deems most appropriate, e.g., layout, content, or otherwise.
10.1 Privacy policy. Scandinavian Health Providers AB aims to protect the user's personal data.
10.2 Protection of personal data. Your personal information refers to the information that can be used to identify you as an individual. The processing of personal data is regulated by (according to) the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR.
10.3 Scandinavian Health Providers AB complies with GDPR law by; keeping your personal data updated (we store your email address and your name. We also store your Facebook ID and your profile picture if you choose to log in with Facebook), not retaining more personal data about you than necessary, protecting your personal data against loss, unauthorized access, and misuse. Your data is handled and protected by advanced technology.
11.1 In the event of war, natural disaster, labor disputes, government decisions, and comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably have been foreseen, and which affect entered agreements and commitments from our side, making it impossible for us to keep said agreement/commitment, this shall constitute grounds for us to be released from our obligations to fulfill said agreement.
12.1 Swedish law applies to this user agreement. Any dispute or disagreement in connection with the use of the service shall be exclusively determined by a Swedish court. If the user uses the service from a country other than Sweden, it is the user's own responsibility that the service is compatible with that country's laws.
